Availability can change around game or product updates. Check the status information for the exact product you are using, together with any accompanying announcement.
An update is a reason to pause.
If a listing is marked as updating or unavailable, follow the information on that listing. Do not assume another edition or an older announcement applies to your product.
Ask when something is unclear.
If the status information and your experience differ, note the product, Windows version, and exact error before asking for help. A status label is not a guarantee against third-party enforcement.
